REFUND POLICY

30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with the initial direction of your project within the first 30 days, we offer a full refund of your deposit.

1. Overview

At PENSION DESIGN GROUP, INC, we are committed to delivering exceptional creative work that exceeds your expectations. Our refund policy is designed to give you confidence when engaging our services while protecting the value of our creative work.

2. 30-Day Refund Period

You may request a full refund of your initial deposit within 30 days of the project start date (defined as the date of deposit payment) under the following conditions:

  • You are not satisfied with the initial creative direction presented
  • We have been unable to meet the agreed-upon project timeline due to our own delays
  • There has been a significant change in your business circumstances that makes the project unfeasible

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Written Request:Send an email to karlalbert@designbypension.com with the subject line “Refund Request - [Project Name]”
  2. Provide Details: Include your project name, date of deposit, reason for the refund request, and any relevant documentation
  3. Review Period: We will review your request within 5 business days and respond with our decision
  4. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Requests made after the 30-day refund period has expired
  • Work has been approved by the client and progressed beyond the initial concept phase
  • The client has failed to provide necessary materials or feedback, causing project delays
  • Changes in client preferences that do not relate to the quality of our work
  • Third-party costs already incurred (stock images, fonts, printing, etc.)

5. Partial Refunds

For projects cancelled after the 30-day period but before completion, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion. The refund amount will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed and resources already allocated to the project.

6. Project Revisions vs. Refunds

Before requesting a refund, we encourage clients to utilize the revision rounds included in their project. We are committed to working collaboratively to achieve your vision. Often, concerns can be addressed through the revision process without the need for a refund.

7. Work Product Upon Refund

If a refund is granted, all work produced during the project remains the property of PENSION DESIGN GROUP, INC. The client may not use any concepts, designs, or deliverables from the cancelled project.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our refund decision, we encourage you to contact us directly to discuss your concerns. We are committed to finding a fair resolution for both parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to the terms outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The refund policy in effect at the time of your project start date will apply to your project.
